What is your return policy?

Please contact the support team of the merchant store app you used in placing your order (Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Seamless, Postmates). You may also use their help section/FAQ page to check the steps in processing your request through the app.

What is Lula for Stores?

Lula for Stores helps you generate more sales and reach more customers by connecting you to major 3rd party delivery channels.

How does Lula Delivery work?

Lula adds stores to EVERY delivery platform (Grubhub, Uber, Doordash) and charges 0% commission for delivery. Here is a quick 2-minute video of how Lula works.

How much commission does Lula charge?

Lula is 0% commission! We never cut into your margins.

How much is the membership fee?

Our membership fee is only $99 per store per month! Have 10 or more stores? Contact our sales team at store@luladelivery.com!

What’s the onboarding fee?

We charge an Activation fee of $349 for onboarding your store (includes digitizing thousands of items across every platform, a tablet to manage orders, take-out bags, and marketing material for in-store use) and just $99/month to use our software (includes unlimited bags, customer support for your deliveries, etc.). This is risk-free, and if you do not like our service - we have a money-back guarantee.

Which stores do you partner with?

We partner with all kinds of merchants including convenience stores, liquor stores, smoke shops, general stores and pharmacies.

Does Lula deliver 24/7?

Yes! We are a 24/7 convenience delivery service that delivers from morning until late at night, and different stores will have different opening times.

How much does Lula Delivery cost?

The days of crazy fees and commissions are gone! You pay a small monthly fee - That's it! We charge 0% commission for every product sold - so we grow as you do. Own more than 1 store? Ask us about our discounted pricing.

Is Lula live in my area?

We are available in all 50 states in the US! However, there are patches throughout the country where drivers may not be available. Please contact our Customer Success Team at wecare@luladeliver.com and provide your store’s location to know if your store is eligible for the program.

Does Lula deliver alcohol?

Yes, we do deliver alcohol with a proof of age 21 years and older of the shopper. We currently only deliver alcohol in the following regions: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, ID, IL, KY, MO, NE, NY, NC, OH, OR, TX, VA, WA, MI, MA.

Does Lula deliver tobacco?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver tobacco at this time.

How do I sign up?

How long does it take to onboard my store?

After submitting all your store information, it takes an average of 7 days for your store to go live.

What’s included in the welcome package?

Recyclable take-out bags, marketing stickers and flyers, and a tablet with a stand and charger.

Are there any contracts?

Nope! You can cancel anytime.

How do I get paid?

Lula pays you using direct deposit to your bank.

How do I manage my orders?

We direct all of the orders from every delivery platform to one tablet that we provide to you.

We already use other services, can we use Lula in addition?

Yes! Lula can be used in addition to other services.

Is there a trial or demo?

There is a 30-day trial before you are charged the Monthly membership fee. Schedule a demo here.

Can I cancel the membership anytime?

Yes, you may cancel anytime. During the 30-day trial, you will not be charged the membership fee. Once the membership fee is processed - this is a non-refundable transaction.

What if I’m out of stock of an item?

Can I order for someone?

Yes, you can definitely order food for your loved ones and friends. Within the app, you’re using to place your order (Doordash, Grubhub, Uber Eats, Seamless, Postmates), on the checkout page, enter the address of your recipient instead of your address.

Why is the store unavailable in my area?

Each store on Lula Delivery has a circular delivery area extending out from its physical location. Any shopper within that delivery area will be able to see and order from that store. Lula Delivery defines the delivery area for each individual store based on their partnership structure on Lula Delivery.

Is there a minimum order value?

Lula convenience stores have no minimum order value. You’re welcome to only purchase what you want or need. Small order fees may be applied by delivery partners.

Why is the price different from the other store?

For the majority of stores on Lula Delivery, menu prices are set by the store owner. These prices may vary from one store to another, and from in-store prices or online prices.
